In December 2025, our customers from Turkey currently residing in Dubai visited our vegetable nursery seeder factory to conduct on-site inspections and trial runs of seedling equipment destined for the Iraqi market. Contexte du client et exigences en mati\u00e8re de culture<\/strong><\/h2>

Ce client se sp\u00e9cialise dans la production de jeunes plants de l\u00e9gumes et de cultures commerciales, pr\u00e9voyant de lancer des op\u00e9rations \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle en Irak. Les principales cultures comprennent tomates, poivrons, aubergines et Ponicam. Le client a des exigences sp\u00e9cifiques en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9cision de semis, d'adaptabilit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9quipement et de compatibilit\u00e9 avec diverses sp\u00e9cifications de graines.<\/p>

To accommodate the customer’s tray specifications, we widened the KMR80-2 seedling machine<\/a>. The equipment now supports trays up to 350mm in width. This enhancement significantly improves compatibility with diverse tray types, providing greater flexibility for the customer’s future multi-variety seedling production.<\/p>

Pendant les tests, la machine a \u00e9valu\u00e9 les aiguilles d'aspiration #2, #3 et #7 pour s'adapter \u00e0 des graines de tailles et de formes vari\u00e9es. Cette configuration couvre \u00e0 la fois les sc\u00e9narios de semis actuels et futurs pour le client, r\u00e9duisant ainsi le besoin de mises \u00e0 niveau futures de l'\u00e9quipement.<\/p>

Rice seeds were selected for testing due to their particle size similarity to Ponicam seeds, ensuring realistic representation of target crop sowing outcomes. Throughout testing, the vegetable nursery seeder operated stably with uniform seed distribution and excellent sowing accuracy, meeting the client’s requirements for precision and consistency.<\/p>
