Main methods to maintain the maize milling/grinding machine:

1. 玉米加工机启动前必须检查门是否关闭，关门时拧紧手轮，定位螺栓。
2. 打开水冷装置，保证水源充足，作业时严禁断水。
3. 安装时，接通电源，用电动方式检查电机转动方向是否与所标注箭头方向一致。若接反，请调整电机接线盒接线。
4. 在电机旋转方向正确的情况下，开机运转30分钟，检查润滑情况，并及时添加润滑油脂。定期检查并补充润滑油脂。
5. 加料前先空运转几分钟，然后缓慢均匀地加料，不要填满料斗。并注意电流是否过载，防止损坏设备。

7. 经常保持玉米磨粉机的清洁。如果发现故障和缺陷，应及时修理或更换。
