Mali customer ordered 15tpd rice mill unit after field inspection
Recently, we successfully cooperated with a company from Mali on a 15tpd rice mill unit. He purchased this rice mill production line primarily to establish his rice milling business and supply it to the local area. And this customer used a 20GP cabinet for cargo transportation.
Customer background
Mali is one of the important agricultural countries in West Africa, and rice is one of the main food crops there. With the improvement of rice quality and yield requirements, many local grain processing factories are looking for more advanced rice milling equipment. This Mali customer is from a growing local grain processing company that plans to expand its rice processing capacity and improve the quality of white rice to meet market demand.
Site visit to get a deeper understanding of Taizy rice mill unit
In order to ensure the quality and operational stability of the equipment, the customer came to our rice milling machine factory for a site visit. We arranged a complete reception process, took the customer to visit the equipment manufacturing workshop, the whole rice milling production line demonstration site, and introduced in detail the working principle, components and technical advantages of the rice milling unit.
The customer’s key concerns include:
- Whether the flow of the whole line is smooth
- White rice yield and broken rice rate after milling
- Whether the equipment is easy to maintain and operate
After observing and communicating with the on-site equipment, the customer showed high recognition of our 15TPD rice mill unit.

After the visit, the customer confirmed the configuration of the rice milling plant with us according to the actual demand of their factory.
