Client background and cultivation requirements

This client specializes in vegetable and cash crop seedling production, planning to launch large-scale operations in Iraq. Primary crops include tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, and Ponicam. The client has specific requirements for seeding precision, equipment adaptability, and compatibility with various seed specifications.

KMR80-2 vegetable nursery sedder customized widening solution

To accommodate the customer’s tray specifications, we widened the KMR80-2 seedling machine. The equipment now supports trays up to 350mm in width. This enhancement significantly improves compatibility with diverse tray types, providing greater flexibility for the customer’s future multi-variety seedling production.

Multi-specification suction needles for different seeds

During testing, the machine evaluated suction needles #2, #3, and #7 to accommodate seeds of varying sizes and shapes. This configuration covers both current and future crop sowing scenarios for the customer, reducing the need for future equipment upgrades.

Field testing and sowing effect verification

Rice seeds were selected for testing due to their particle size similarity to Ponicam seeds, ensuring realistic representation of target crop sowing outcomes. Throughout testing, the vegetable nursery seeder operated stably with uniform seed distribution and excellent sowing accuracy, meeting the client’s requirements for precision and consistency.

Technical presentation and application exchange

During the trial run, our technical team provided the client with a detailed explanation of the equipment’s operating principles, adjustment methods, and recommendations for applying different suction needles in actual production. This helped the client better understand how to utilize the equipment within Iraq’s local production environment.

Field visit results and partnership confidence

Through this customized trial run, the client expressed positive feedback on the structural design, seeding performance, and customization capabilities of the KMR80-2 vegetable nursery seeder. This experience further strengthened their confidence in deploying the equipment for Iraqi projects, laying a solid foundation for future collaboration.
