When threshing, the corn cobs enter the separation chamber from the feeding port. The threshing is carried out by the striking of the teeth and the rubbing of the corns. The threshed corn kernels fall on the vibrating screen through the sliding grain plate.
Under the shaking of the sieve, the kernels fall under the vibrating screen, and the broken cobs are shaken out of the machine on the screen surface. The bran and debris are sucked into the blower and discharged out of the machine in the process of falling from the suction opening. The corn cobs are discharged through the outlet under the push of a drum.
