The customer has his own company that specializes in selling pineapples and now wants to turn the green leafy part of the pineapple into silage for sale, turning waste into treasure.
Customized solutions
Bundling with plastic nets: Because the customer’s raw material is pineapple fiber, the raw material is relatively fragmented, so it is necessary to use nets to bundle the raw material tightly.
Customized stainless steel inner of the silo: The customer is worried that the raw material is wet, and the inner will rust after a long time of use, which will affect the subsequent silage making. So we propose to make the silo into stainless steel, which can be used for a long time.
Container diagram for goods loading: Because the customer wants to buy 2 sets of baling and wrapping machines (50 and 70 types) at one time, how to containerize is a problem. Our manager made a sketch drawing to show the customer how to containerize.
Machine accessories: The customer is worried that the long-time use will cause some trouble, so our manager makes a detailed list of machine accessories and prepares a two-year supply.
Installation and use of the machine: He is also worried that after receiving the round baler and wrapper, they can not normally use the machine. Our solution is that we will send the machine instructions and installation videos along with the machine. And we can provide online guidance to ensure the smooth use of the customer’s machine.
After-sales problems: Our manager has written a warranty document to ensure that we can provide after-sales service (such as warranty period, damage and replacement of accessories, etc.).
